Wow, hot stuff, way to go. I love college--I won't leave! Let me know if you need anything EVER. Come take public speaking from me this Spring? :)

Ohhh Karen, I forgot to ask Julie about wontons. Are you free next Monday? I leave for Florida on Thursday, but want to do wontons with you. If not, school doesn't start until mid-January.

Love,
Chareena

Chareena, you're going to Florida? Look for Matt! And yes, I'm always free for wontons!

Karen,

Some ingredients we will need for Monday...LeeLee Oriental Market on Dobson and Warner is PHENOMENAL, if you wanna try it out.

1 lb ground pork
1 bunch celery
3 carrots
wonton wrappers - 1 package
2 eggs
Oil for deep frying (because everything deep fried is awesome!)

Depending on how much you want to make, you may want to double this. After all, you could always freeze them.

I'll bring the seasonings. I'll leave out the MSG. Hahaha

OK my mouth is watering. However, I know you like pork better, but I think I like whatever your Grandma does - which I think is ground beef. Let me know what you think.

I'm so excited!

Let's do ground beef then. Grandma's switched to beef over the years--she says it cooks faster. She's overcookin' stuff, though, so I'm wondering if that's just an age thing. Anyway, it's probably healthier (if you get the leaner stuff, anyway). We have to make healthy choices here. :)

See you at noon at your casa. Can't wait! Wear loose clothing!

Hey! This post was about Kacey not wontons! You should be ashamed.
