Exercise -

Tonight Kacey made me do Pilates with her. I am trying not to be too offended at her insistence, but it was clearly not an option for me to sit this one out. I don't like to exercise for many different reasons. High on the list, is that I don't like to be reminded of my lack of coordination. Well, I've been reminded. And can I just ask ... can ANYBODY really do this?


A) My legs have never been that straight ... under any circumstance.
B) Is her butt flat? I'm either going forward or backward ... teetering is not an option.
C) My muscles are trembling just looking at this picture. Isn't that good enough?

Laughing out loud!! (I know there is some sort of code lettering for this...LOL??) Anyhoo, you make me laugh. I too abhor exercise. I used to like aerobics but now all that jumping around makes me dizzy. I'm getting old....

only people who have dedicated their life to yoga a pilates can keep the stamina required for that position.

I think i will stick to my treadmill!! Maybe could of done that twenty eight years ago!!!
