Where in the world should we go?

Gary was given two free round-trip buddy passes with Southwest Airlines (because sometimes people really need a plumber ... but they can't afford one ... so they give us things ... or we confiscate their toilets).

Anyway, these tickets have to be used by July 10, 2009. So I'm opening this topic up for some discussion. Where should we go?

Keep in mind that we don't want to spend a lot of money once we get there, BUT the hotel WILL most definitely be one of my favorite parts of the entire excursion. We are both working, so it will most likely need to be just a quick weekend trip.

Where would you go?

San Francisco? Always a fun trip and not too far for a weekend. The Hotel Monaco there is fabulous and fun! And the weather is bound to be cooler than here... Have FUN!

Go where the tickets would cost the most to go normally, like NY. Check on Tripadvisor.com to see the best hotel deals in different cities. The bigger cities have the most "free" stuff to do! I vote for New York...go see a Broadway musical and stroll through Central Park! Have Fun!!!

I say go to vegas!!! You can get a really nice hotel room (jacuzzi tub) there for really cheap right now. Plus, all you can eat buffetts, gondola rides, outlet malls. You can't go wrong :-)

BALTIMORE!!!! you can fly directly here, i will pick you up from the airport, you can borrow one of our cars if needed, but i can recommend a fantastic hotel right in the Inner harbor and you would walk everywhere you need to go.... how can i convince you? there are SO many fun things to do! washington dc is 35 minutes away (again, take our car!) or just stay in baltimore and play on the water.....the national aquarium (only costs $8.00 per person after 5 pm on friday nights)....i could go on and on!
